What do you mean by guests/cups?

The packages we offer are based on the amount of drinks served by the barista(s) at your event, not the number of guests in attendance.  The barista(s) will make the allotted number of drinks based on the package purchased and will discontinue service once the maximum number is served, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event.

How do I know which package to order?

It has been our experience that approximately 80 to 85% of guests in attendance take advantage of the espresso bar when offered.  However when choosing a package there are many factors to consider including weather, location, age of guests in attendance and timing of barista service.  We will be happy to work with you to select a package that will be most fitting to your needs.

How do I reserve the date for my special event?

In order to reserve a date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Prior to making the deposit you will be provided with a catering agreement to review and execute.

How far will you travel for an event?

We generally try to stay within a 10 mile radius of our shop located at 1509 Enterprise Drive, Lynchburg, Virginia.  On a case by case basis we have gone to venues located a bit farther out for an additional fee.

Is the time it takes to setup and breakdown the espresso bar included in the service time?

Setup and teardown are not included in the service time.  Setup is generally done the day prior to the event and teardown the day after if permitted by the venue.

Can you setup the espresso bar outside?

We are able to setup the espresso bar outside provided we have adequate access to grounded electrical outlets.   In the event of inclement weather it would be the responsibility of the client to provide our team with a safe, dry place to serve their guests.

Do you offer blended drinks?

We do not offer blended drinks however iced drinks are available upon request.
